Vicky Richardson - Editor, Blueprint.

Vicky Richardson is an architectural writer and editor. Since 2004 she has been editor of Blueprint, the leading magazine of architecture and design. She is a regular public speaker and chair of architecture and design events, and has been a jury member for many high profile design competitions.
Vicky is a member of the London Mayor’s Cultural Strategy Group and a trustee of the educational charity, The Campaign for Drawing. She studied fine art at Chelsea School of Art before taking an architecture degree. However she never became an architect, instead choosing to write about the subject, first on RIBA Journal, where she was deputy editor for five years, and later as a freelance journalist. She has written several books, including In Defence of the Dome (1999) and New Vernacular Architecture (2002)
